Return & Refund Policy

At Akal Delights, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in offering high-quality products, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help! Please carefully review our return policy below before making a return request.

Return Eligibility & Guidelines

  • We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
    • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
    • Free from any signs of use, stains, or modifications.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

While we want to ensure a smooth shopping experience, certain items are not eligible for returns due to their nature. These include:

  1. Vinyl Stickers – Due to hygiene and customization factors, all vinyl stickers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Custom Gifts & Personalized Items – Any product that has been custom-made, engraved, printed with a unique design, or modified per your request is not eligible for a return or refund unless it arrives damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

If your item qualifies for a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email us at akaldelights@aol.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. If applicable, include clear photos of any damage or defects.
  2. Await Approval – Once we review your request, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or denied. If approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Ship the Item – Securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. Akal Delights is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  4. Processing Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please email us at akaldelights@aol.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the eligible product (if applicable) and place a new order for the desired item.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
